Training Plan

In 2011 I trained for two (and ran 3!) marathons! Some of the references that I’ve used as I have planned my more recent training efforts:

Here’s the training plan I used for the Illinois Marathon in April 2011: my training plan

I keep track of my running in a few online logs:

  • Daily Mile– great social interaction… friend me!
  • Garmin Connect– I love to see my splits
  • Training Peaks – a training group I work with has begun using this to distribute their training plans.
