Yesterday I had grand plans to get back into my distance running and join the 7-milers on their run from Running Away. I mean, I’ve done half marathons all summer, so I should be able to do that, right? Well, my body had a different story in mind for me. Since I’d only done two runs in the last two weeks, my body was crying out at my slightly faster pacing when I do the RAM Racing Group Runs. I decided to keep it easy and just do the 3.5 miles, rather than really wokr myself over a longer distance.

When the stomach talks (as it did last night), listen!
